The place was clean ... great location. Kitchen was good and stocked appropriately
A few suggestions to improve the stay.
The beds were old and very uncomfortable ... you could feel each spring in the box spring. Replace the mattresses. Having a good sleep is a must.
The sofa is old and wore out. It is also not a pull out sofa bed. Replace the sofa.
The Wifi was not strong and we could only connect 60% of the time.
Add a larger fry pan in the kitchen and a spatula (flipper).
You could hear the people in the basement in the bedrooms. Not very sound proof in the bedrooms.
The coat hanger in the hallway was partially off ... you coulnd't hang a coat on them
The sink in the bathroom was not fixed ... and felt like it could come off the pedestal
