About this apartment rental
Sit back and relax in this quiet, nature-filled 40-square-meter accommodation located on the outskirts of Bacharach-Steeg, in the basement of our house.
We’ve created a cozy retreat here for you to enjoy. See for yourself in the photos.
It’s the perfect base for exploring the beautiful Middle Rhine Valley—whether on foot, by bike, by boat, or by train.
We’re also happy to welcome your dog!
Up two flights of stairs and across the large balcony, you’ll reach the apartment’s separate entrance door.
This leads you to the heart of the home—a cozy living/dining area.
On the left, you’ll find the kitchen in a separate room. In addition to the basic amenities, you’ll also find salt & pepper and vinegar & oil—essential ingredients for cooking. A Senseo pod coffee machine is also provided for your morning coffee.
Next to the kitchen, also to the left of the living area, is the newly renovated shower room, equipped with towels, a hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner.
To the right of the living room is the separate bedroom with a double bed (including linens) and a closet.
You’ll also find a small desk there with a view of the greenery. And there’s a second Smart TV there.
The beds can also be arranged as two single beds; please let us know when booking.
The large terrace also features seating and dining areas for the summer, an electric grill, and two lounge chairs for relaxing. In addition, the balcony can now be closed off with a gate leading to the staircase.
Since the house is located on a slope, the apartment is in the front section of the first floor.
Our basement and living spaces are located in the rear section of the first floor and above.
However, the staircase leading to the terrace/apartment is for your exclusive use.
There is a free public parking lot 100 meters away, or you can park on the opposite side of the street.
