About this apartment rental
Located in the north-west of Corsica, in the Balanin territory of LISULA, our small luxury residence in para-hotels Madrale welcomes you in the village of Santa-Reparata-di-Balagna, a preserved and warm holiday resort. Situated on the mountain slope of the village in the Nature 2000 "Reginu Valley" zone, the residence dominates the Reginu plain, the lake di E Cotule and the entire Balanin mountain range, all within a 10-minute drive of the most beautiful beaches of Balagne and Ile-Rousse.
We wanted an intimate residence with discreet luxury and high quality services where the calm combined with the surrounding nature will make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. A luxury villa and apartment with a capacity of 12 people make up our wooded property and mixing endemic, exotic and Mediterranean species. If we have reserved a private space for each place of stay, we also wanted common living spaces with a large heated swimming pool (10x5m), a place to meet and socialize by the water with a coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator. A play area for children (games available) and a multi-play area for all (petanque court...). A gym will also be at your disposal free of charge, as well as a sauna.

The "A Santa" apartment (65m²): Totally independent and located south on the first floor with direct access to the swimming pool, our apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It is composed of:
- An air-conditioned bedroom with Queen size bed with LED TV and dressing room
- An air-conditioned Queen size or twin bedroom with LED TV and dressing room
- A shower room
- A toilet
- A kitchen open to the living room and the living room with direct access to your private outdoor space composed of a wooden floor and garden furniture, a plancha as well as a beautiful view of the lake and the entire mountain range.
- Private outdoor area with table and chairs, barbecue or plancha, deckchairs, parasol
- Access to the swimming pool and the relaxation and conviviality area.
- Free access to the gym, the games area, the sauna.
- Free private parking.
Our services included in your price
- Personalized welcome every day from 4:30 p.m. for the Guests by reservation (for late arrival contact us).
- Linen (sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers) as well as towels (1 large and 1 small towel shower towel per person) are provided.
- A change of linen, shower and kitchen linen will be carried out every weekend.
- Intermediate cleaning will be carried out at the end of each week for the stay of 14 nights or more
- End-of-stay cleaning
- Concierge service on request
- Wi-fi Internet
Our services on request:
- Daily change of bed linen and/or shower towels, as well as kitchen linen
- Extra cleaning
- Breakfast basket
