The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this unusual house, a former mill with a unique character, for rent in Santa-Reparata-di-Balagna. Nestling in a pedestrianised cul-de-sac, it offers a calm, cool setting, with its stone walls and beautiful vaulted ceilings. With a surface area of 100 m², it can accommodate up to 6 travellers and comprises a convivial 30 m² living area, a fully-equipped kitchenette, three good bedrooms and a shower room. You'll love its authenticity and superb mountain views!
The accommodation comprises
- A 30 m² living room with TV and sofa
- Kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob and dining area
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) with WC and washbasin
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: double sofa bed
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan, iron.
Outside:
- A private, unfenced, south-facing terrace of 10 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Santa-Reparata-di-Balagna in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
Activities :
- River swimming 2 km away
- Beaches at Ile Rousse 5 km away
- Hiking (inter-village circuits, heritage, fauna, flora)
- Visits to neighbouring villages
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the accommodation (free car parks 50 m away).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest port: Ile Rousse, about 5 km away
- Nearest airport: Calvi, approx. 25 km away
- Free shuttle bus from the village to Ile Rousse

- Pets accepted free of charge. Only one pet per stay.
