Did you mom ever tell you not to judge a book by its cover? This private paradise is why. Once you enter inside the unit, you'll be pleasantly surprised. Each room had an AC (although they are hidden behind curtains). The kitchen was equipped with tons of kitchen gadgets and serving-ware. It can really sleep 9, although we just slept 7. And they have beach chairs, umbrellas and towels for you. This is a city or building view but just go down stairs and be at the ocean or the shops or a restaurant. You could likely spend a few days without even driving out of the complex. The location is so convenient and the private parking spot saved us so much time. We even fit a suburban in the spot. I recommend staying here especially for a large group.

Our three generational family of 7 stayed here. Very clean and worked well for us. Appreciated the amenities. Host very responsive when we struggled with shower. The check in process was not easy to follow as it appears to be out dated. Thankfully, another tennant overheard our frustration and shared the parking fob was on the key in lock box. Fob is also used in elevator and another helped us with that. (There is no parking pass to obtain.) Only 1 elevator worked and this is on 16th floor so there is a lot of waiting during high peak hours and shuffling key fob around to get our group up or down.

The building was a bit rundown, but it was secure the basement parking space was a bit small to get into with my huge ford expedition, I recommend small cars to get in there or to mention only small cars. It was hard to check in at an appropriate time to go in. We arrived at three only to find out the housekeeper was not finished with Cleaning the apartment. We didn’t get the keys until 5 PM. We waited in the rain. after receiving the keys, we went up to our room everything was clean, the toilet seat was broken by previous renters. The view definitely city, the sirens and alarms going off every, I will never stay in Waikīkī again even if it was a nice hotel
