About this house rental
Welcome to your luxurious cabin retreat located on the New River Gorge and less than ¼ mile from the Canyon Rim Visitor Center with views of the iconic New River Gorge Bridge! This spacious house comfortably sleeps 14 and boasts 7 Smart TVs along with a Hot tub, Sauna and Cold tub for all your relaxation needs only 100 yards from the Gorge rim! You can’t find a better base camp for all of your NRG activities! This property is designed with your comfort in mind and promises an unforgettable stay!
The space
This incredible property is a short, 6 minute drive from Adventures on the Gorge(the premier adventure outfitter in West Virginia) and offers mountain biking/hiking trails within walking distance and access to some of the best climbing at the New River Gorge (Ambassador Buttress and Endless Wall) less than 200 yds from the back door.

Room Accommodations:
-Bedroom 1: King Bed, 50” Smart TV, Closet, Full length mirror, Leather match upholstered sofa sleeper with pullout queen memory foam Mattress. (2nd Floor)
-Bedroom 2: King bed, 50” Smart TV, Closet (1st floor)
-Bedroom 3: 2 Queen beds, 50” Smart TV, Full length Mirror, Large closet (1st floor)
-Bedroom 4: Full over full bunk beds, 50” Smart TV, Closet (1st floor)
All bedrooms are equipped with premium pillows, linens, and sheets, closets with hangers and shelves, and nightstands with reading lights. We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible!
All bathrooms are stocked with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Bath towels, hand towels, and makeup towels/washcloths are also provided. There is also a hair dryer in each of the bathrooms (Just helping you save on that luggage space!).
The two downstairs bathrooms have bath tubs with grab bars installed for our guests needing additional support when getting in and out. The upstairs bathroom has a large, walk in shower with a 6” step up entrance.
Additional Indoor Spaces:
-Game Room: Pool table, darts, shuffle board, and wall games including Basketball, Checkers, Chess, Backgammon and Tic-Tac-Toe. 65” Smart TV to keep the game on while you play yours! Comfortable chairs to enjoy the entertainment from are in the alcove as well!
-Theater room: 65” Smart TV, integrated external sound system, comfortable sectional, popcorn machine, and cozy atmosphere to enjoy the game or your favorite show/movie!
-Kids Play Room: We have a space for the kids too! Complete with Kid’s Teepee and firepit toys, a ball pit, a modular play couch and games this is surely to be a hit with the youngsters and is in close proximity to the Movie room for easy parental supervision during the evenings.
-Living room: 65” Smart TV & extremely comfortable couch (one of those that you really sink in to.. our favorite)
-Dining room: Large dining table with seating for 10.
-Kitchen: Gas stove, double ovens, coffee maker, Keurig, Seasoning set, and fully-stocked with plenty of dinnerware, utensils, pots & pans, plastic plates and cups for the kids and the outdoor area, and even serving dishes! (Don’t forget the complimentary Coffee Bar!) The large island has plenty of room to stage your feast on or hang out at while the meal is prepared.
-Laundry room: Equipped with washer and dryer. We provide laundry detergent, stain remover and dryer sheets! We also provide an iron and ironing board for your use in the case of a formal gathering.
-Back Deck: The string lighted accented, covered patio boasts an additional dining table for 10 as well as a more relaxed sofa, chairs and small table with seating for 5. The outdoor grill, full set of grill utensils and full tank of propane is located here as well for your culinary use! This is the perfect place for relaxing and taking in the views of the gorge over refreshments!
-Outdoor Fire Pit: Enjoy the propane fire pit with great views and seating for 8 on top of our custom New River Gorge Mural!
-Hot Tub/Cold Tub/Sauna: Next to the fire pit, the Cold tub, Hot tub and Sauna sit in proximity to each other for all your relaxation and recovery needs!
-Backyard: The back yard is huge! There is plenty of space for activities & games. We have a badminton set, giant connect 4, giant Jenga and cornhole for the whole family to enjoy!

Other things to note:
No pets allowed: As much as we love our furry friends, we do not allow pets at our home.
Non-smoking: This includes the outdoor area as well - we are a family-friendly home & we would like to maintain the property clear of any traces of cigarettes/other smoking evidence, especially for the little ones who come to visit after you! We do have a noise/smoke detector within the home that will notify us if any smoke is detected, and you will be subject to a fine if this rule is disrespected.
No Indoor Fireplace: Unfortunately, our indoor fireplace is not available for use due to liability reasons for all parties. Any use will incur a fine.
No glass outside: We provide outdoor-friendly cups and wine glasses. You will be subject to a fine if this rule is disrespected to cover additional cleaning costs. If any glass gets in the tubs, you will be liable to cover a full drain, clean, and refill of the tubs. Once again, this is a family-friendly home and we need to think about future guests, especially young ones.
Exterior Security Cameras: We have Blink cameras looking at the front door and each of the other entrances to the house. These are put into place for security purposes and to keep track of our cleaning/maintenance crews only.

Home is located very near to New River Gorge bridge. It has plenty of space for multiple families to stay and have fun. House was in very good condition and was very well maintained. Host is really nice and responds to your message very quickly. We really enjoyed our stay.
