About this house rental
Within minutes of the Spearhead Trail and Trail 10 of the Hatfield and McCoy Trail. Family park across the street for the kiddos! We offer 16 beds to accommodate large groups. Four of the bedrooms can sleep up to 6 guest with one full sized bunk bed and a single queen. One room is able to sleep 4 with a queen sized bed and a twin bunk. There is a single twin in the common area if needed. Bed linens provided. Large and level parking area for trucks/trailers. Garage storage for buggies, can fit up to 4 ATVs. Coin operated car wash/buggy wash adjacent to Bottoms Up Moto Inn. Two large rooms for hanging out, one with an awesome bar that is full of the building history and of course the upside down buggy hanging from the ceiling! Not far from restaurants and shopping. Don't want to eat out? We have a full kitchen with your basic necessities ready to go, just bring your food! We will provide 2 rolls of paper-towels, please bring more if you need. Towels, washcloths and hand-towels provided for bathrooms and kitchen. There are 2.5 bathrooms, we will provide basic soaps. There will be two rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom, if you feel you need more, please bring it! Onsite washer and dryer, soap and softener provided. The fire pit is ready for s'mores to be made and beer to be drunk and campfire songs. This is a unique property that is ready for your stay! Please make sure to add the appropriate number of guests at booking to ensure an accurate count for towels and bedding during your stay!

It was a very neat property with old brick walls, ATV parking and lots of room for our large family. The small town was fun to explore and the playground next to the building kept the younger kids busy and happy. The beds were sooo comfortable !!!!! Everyone enjoyed the say.

This property was a great fit for our group of 15 for a long riding weekend. Close to trails and a really great restaurant in Pocahantas. Property was just as described, plenty of room and really cool- our only complaint was trying to get everyone showered between 2 bathrooms and competing for hot water, but not a huge issue and typical with most rentals for a group of our size. We would definitely stay here again.
