Welcome to Casa Coco Bonito! Nestled in a gated, guarded community of Coco Sunset Hills, this beautiful 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo townhome is a secluded tropical oasis. With a perfect blend of indoor and outdoor living in a tropical paradise, this 2-level condo is a quick walk to the beach and local amenities like restaurants, shops, and day spas.
We manage over 100 vacation rentals in the area, so our hosting style is a little different than that of an individual host. During your stay, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Coco Sunset Hills is a sprawling gated community with 6 amazing pools, beautiful landscaping and lots of parking. This complex is just a short walk to two large plazas (Pueblito Norte and Pueblito Sur) that are home to many fantastic restaurants, a coffee shop, a grocery store, a day spa, a medical office, and more! Cross the street and you’re on the beach path, just another 1-minute walk to the beautiful sand of Coco Beach. You’ll find many, many more restaurants as well as shops, a casino, and 3 large grocery stores in Downtown Coco, just a 10-minute walk from your door.

I spent 7 weeks staying in this condo as a single female as a traveling nomad. It was private, quiet and safe. The location to everything was perfect and walkable. Internet was solid (aside from power outages during rainy season - nothing anyone can do about that).

We had a great week in Coco, the condo is close to the beach and town is easily walkable, close enough to the action but far enough away to not have the noise. The condo itself had everything we needed, was very clean and well equipped. I would definitely stay here again.
