Sea Village is located in Las Palmas, nestled in the tranquil beauty of Playas del Coco, is a tropical paradise where relaxation meets coastal lifestyle. Enjoy the convenience of being just a short walk from the beach and the vibrant town center, where you can savor local cuisine, engage in watersports, or simply soak up the sun. Whether you seek a permanent residence or an idyllic vacation destination, Las Palmas offers the perfect blend of tranquility and excitement for those who cherish the Pura Vida way of life.
- This is a none smoking unit. If you smoke, your deposit will be forfeited. on top of that, you will be charged an extra amount to cover for the services to get rid of the odor.
- No pets are allowed in the house.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- Please rinse sand in the outside shower before entering the condominium and/or showering inside.
- Please, deposit toilet paper inside the provided can.
- Be kind with the AC and use at 23C or higher. And turn AC units off when not in the condominium. There is a $50 electricity cap on rentals over a week.
- No food or glassware in the pool area is allowed.
-Mandatory to enjoy at least one sunset at the beach!
