Discover this two-bedroom house located in the ‘Les Tamaris’ residence in Portiragnes Plage, just 500 metres from the sea. Enjoy two terraces and a veranda in a secure estate with swimming pools and entertainment (paid access from June to September). Ideal for holidays with family or friends, this house offers comfort and convenience for an unforgettable stay.

-Air-conditioned living room with fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, TV, electric coffee maker, kettle, fridge/freezer, top fridge, microwave/oven, 4 electric hobs with extractor hood, vacuum cleaner, toaster, iron and ironing board) .
-Modern shower room and separate toilet.
-Front terrace with garden furniture and manual awning, as well as a rear veranda with built-in BBQ and 2 sun loungers.
Upstairs:
-Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140 cm).
-Bedroom 2: 2 bunk beds (80 cm) + 1 single bed (90 cm).
-Separate toilet for added convenience.

-3 air conditioning units (in the bedrooms and living room/kitchen).
-Flat-screen television, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.
