Located in the secure ‘LES PORTES DU SOLEIL’ estate, with swimming pools and water slides (paid access, open from June to September), this lovely air-conditioned house is ideal for holidays with family or friends. It combines comfort and tranquillity just a few minutes from the beach for an unforgettable stay under the Mediterranean sun.
A functional and well-equipped interior:
Upstairs:
-Bedroom 1 with Airco: 160 cm bed with balcony, flat-screen television.
-Bedroom 2: 80 cm bed.
-Bedroom 3: 2 80 cm beds.
-Bathroom: With WC.
Corridor aiconditoned
On the ground floor:
-Bright living room with new fitted kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave, SENSEO coffee machine, electric coffee maker, kettle, vacuum cleaner, fridge/freezer.
-Shower room: Massage jet shower and WC.
-Well-enclosed terrace with thermal awning, garden furniture, 2 sun loungers and built-in barbecue, facing west/south.
Comfort and additional amenities:
2 TVs, DVD player.
Mosquito nets in all bedrooms.
Wi-Fi included for your connectivity needs.
