About this house rental
We welcome you to our vineyard, Château Ferry Lacombe, 20km from Aix en Provence, part of the Provence Wine Route, with a view of the Sainte Victoire mountain and the Aurelian Mountains.
The Mas Cascaï, of nearly 200m², rated 4 stars, is surrounded by a hectare of forest and terraces. Not overlooked, it is ideal for 8 people and fully equipped for you to have a great holiday.
The main terrace gives access to the swimming pool and the summer kitchen.
On the first floor, you will find:
- A large living room of 40m², including 3 sofas, a library with books and board games. You will also have at your disposal a smart TV, a DVD player, a hi-fi system with CD player and USB key as well as the PS1 reissue. The living room opens directly, through large bay windows, onto the main terrace with a view of the pool.
- A fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room (41m²), fully equipped (oven, microwave, 3-burner induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso machine...) and a very large dining table.
Air conditioning.
- A laundry room with a washing machine, ironing board and iron
- The "Clairette" bedroom of 12 m² with a Queen size bed (160cm, 2 pillows per person, cotton satin sheets) and a large built-in closet. Air conditioning.
- A shower room and a separate toilet
Upstairs:
- The master bedroom "Syrah" of 31 m² with a King size bed (180cm, 2 pillows per person, cotton satin sheets) including a shower room, separate toilet, a large built-in cupboard, as well as a mezzanine of 12m² on the floor with a double bed (140cm). Air conditioning.
This master bedroom opens onto a terrace.
- The 14m² "Grenache" room with a King size bed (180cm, 2 pillows per person, cotton satin sheets) with a private shower room and a built-in closet. Air conditioning.
- The "Cinsault" room of 11 m² with a Queen size bed, (160cm, 2 pillows per person, cotton satin sheets) and a built-in closet. Air conditioning.
- A bathroom with toilet
Outside you will find the swimming pool (which is exclusively dedicated to you, unheated, approximate dimensions: 8x4m, from 1.20 to 2m deep) and the summer kitchen, fully equipped, a 7-burner gas barbecue and a petanque court.
Warning: the pool is in "wintering" from October to April, so you will not be able to swim!
The swimming pool is fenced but children must swim under adult supervision.
