Waterfront Cottage with Hot Tub! Sleeps 6, Free Kayaks, Bikes & Hiking Trail!

"Lazy Bear" is one of our larger cabins that make up our property, Riverwood Log Cabins. It is secluded from the road and features a large deck with a four-person hot tub overlooking the beautiful Maumee River in Waterville, Ohio. There is a large bedroom with a king size bed and a T.V. There is a small private loft that sleeps 2 on a futon sofa bed. It also features a small wall-mounted T.V. Just off the living room is another very comfortable two-person futon sofa bed. Of course, there is a full-size sofa for a 7th guest if needed. (We provide a couple air mattresses for even more guests!) The living room has a large screen T.V. above a beautiful electric fireplace. (There is excellent 5G Wi-Fi reception for staying connected, and tons of channels for all 3 T.Vs.) There is a full kitchen with everything you'll need to prepare meals for family get-togethers. (Pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, cutlery, silverware, glasses, cups, etc. is included.) The dining room features a table that seats as many as six. The bathroom has a full tub with a built-in shower. (All linens, bedding, bath towels, soap, conditioner, paper towels, tissue paper, etc. is included.) There are free kayaks, canoes, and a couple electric motorized fishing boats to explore the 8 islands just in front of your cabin! The fishing is also great! We also provide complimentary bicycles for the 10-mile-long wooded hiking and biking trail that abuts our property and runs along the river from Waterville to Grand Rapids, Ohio. Riverwood Log Cabins abuts Farnsworth Metropark, one of the most beautiful parks in northwest Ohio! There are several great restaurants, grocery stores, and taverns just 2 1/2 miles from Riverwood. We are a "Ma & Pa" operation that started Riverwood in 1997 and do everything ourselves, including cleaning the hot-tubs after each stay.
