About this house rental
Enjoy a peaceful stay at this 2 bedroom 1 bath kitchenette private portion of the main house with a separate entrance (2025 build) and 10' tall ceilings. Take a dip in the 8 person hot tub (currently shared by main house) and relax on the canyon side while enjoying the green mountainous view. Have a meal in your own private kitchenette (has an induction burner) or cook on the BBQ and relax. Or drive 3 minutes (walk 12) to get the bustling street of Adams Avenue with restaurants, bars (live music), or coffee shops.
Property is made up of two single dwelling units (all new construction as of Jan25). This rental is in the back house on the west (left going in) side of the 2 story home. Access to shared laundry under the exterior stairs. No access to the other areas of the main house

We came in late our first night and check-in was very simple. Directions were excellent. The house is set back so we would have been lost without these directions. Only drawback was we were not made aware that it would be on street parking. It wasn't a big deal-it just would have been nice to know.The place was very clean and obviously brand new. We loved the open area in the back.The beds were VERY uncomfortable. The bed in the first bedroom squeaked when you moved around. The sheets were also very thin.We loved the large, bright bathroom and appreciated that there was body wash & shampoo/conditioner provided. It's a very quiet neighborhood and very accessible to highways as well as shops and restaurants within waling distance.The only thing that was disappointing was that the hot tub had a terrible smell a few of the days during our stay. The owner rectified it immediately but we wondered if the tub needed to be drained and refilled as this happened more than once. It would have been helpful to have more information in the welcome packet in the house, such as, checking out instructions.
