The guesthouse studio is situated in walking distance of historic Adams Ave and provides a serene, idyllic outdoor oasis with a rooftop deck and BBQ. Unwind in your private guesthouse or lounge on the rooftop deck after spending the day relaxing at Mission Beach, exploring historic Gaslamp Quarter, or dining at the acclaimed restaurants and bars on nearby Adams Ave.

We are the owners of the property and live in the main house; the guesthouse is situated in the backyard oasis with a separate entrance and no shared walls.

Guests may access the backyard patio and rooftop deck surrounding the guesthouse studio. A grill and prep area with sink are available for your use on the rooftop deck.

Our lovable dog, Reese, lives on the property, and you may find him exploring the backyard oasis from time to time. He is a miniature pinscher that adores all people, including children, and other animals.
