Located 5 min. walking from the famous Playa de los Muertos, where you can enjoy beach clubs, bars, water sports, and other activities. You will have access to exclusive shops, art galleries, theaters, nightclubs, and excellent culinary options within walking distance.
You can visit the Los Muertos pier where you will find water taxis that will take you to the secluded beaches of the south coast such as Las Animas, Yelapa, and Caletas.
Situated a little up on the hill, you will enjoy a picturesque setting, offering stunning views of its surroundings.
Other details to note
You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may result in a fine of $100 usd or more.
Renters must be at least 25 years old. Weekly maid service is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Household supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them.
There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Tuesdays for about 20 minutes, anytime between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., to tend to them.
