Bienvenidos and congratulations! You have found your perfect escape. La Palapa is a world away from everything. This condo is 5th floor beachfront. It doesn’t get any better.
Remind yourself what it's like to truly relax as you kick back on the patio, watch the Mexican sun slide into the bay, feel the soothing Pacific breeze, and watch the palms sway. If you’re lucky, you might even see dolphins and whales play in the waves!
This is a fully-renovated condo with a million-dollar view. Enjoy a 180 degree panorama of Banderas Bay, including Puerto Vallarta’s iconic pier.
Even though everything is new, you will know you're in old Mexico. The condo is beautifully appointed with local artwork and handcrafted furniture. The spirit of Puerto Vallarta lives here.
Housekeeping service is provided every day except Sundays and Mexican holidays. There's nothing like coming back from the beach to find the place tidy, the beds made, and fresh towels in the bathrooms. There is a brand-new washer/dryer in the condo for your personal use. If you don't want to bother, there is a laundry service just a few steps up the street.
Other amenities for your complete comfort include air conditioning and ceiling fans. You'll enjoy high-speed wireless internet and a Bluetooth sound system. There is TV in the living area and master bedroom. Content is via Roku, which is an internet-based provider. The kitchen is fully equipped, including filtered water.
If you enjoy time at the pool, kick back at La Palapa's heated rooftop oasis. Take in the views of Banderas Bay, the Sierra Madre Mountains, and the pier. Sunsets are spectacular! It's not uncommon in the winter to catch some fireworks. When you're ready for a cold margarita or cerveza and a bite to eat, the delicious La Palapa Bar & Restaurant is waiting just downstairs on the beach level. Cheers! La Palapa is in the heart of Puerto Vallarta's charming Romantic Zone. Walk the cobblestone streets to the shops, restaurants and clubs. If you ever need a taxi or Uber ride, they're readily available. Please be aware that there is no parking at La Palapa, so we advise against renting a car.

La Palapa is one of my favorite places in the world to be and this was my second time in this particular unit. This condo is beautiful, clean, has all needed amenities and amazing ocean views! The owner is friendly, responsive and helpful. Nothing beats going down stairs, for an amazing breakfast, followed by a relaxing day on the beach. Be sure to catch the beautiful sunsets from your balcony and then enjoy dinner and live music downstairs at the restaurant. Even as a single woman, I felt very safe here, because of the 24 hour security and video surveillance of the property. I absolutely will be back.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this condo. From the moment we arrived, everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The space was beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. The location was ideal- close to great restaurants (we loved Coco's and Dee's), shops, and just a short walk to the beach. We especially loved starting our mornings with coffee on the balcony, enjoying the peaceful view and ocean breeze highlighted by dolphins playing in the bay. Then spending long afternoons soaking in the sun paired with cooling off in the rooftop pool. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in a breeze and offering great local recommendations for food, activities amd travel. We felt taken care of throughout our stay. Whether you're looking for a relaxing retreat or a base for exploring the area, this condo is a fantastic choice. We're already looking forward to our next visit.
