From the living room you will access a first bedroom equipped with a 160 bed and a 90 bed and a bathroom equipped with a double sink, a shower and a toilet, it also has a washing machine and a dryer.
The second bedroom has a 160 bed, a walk-in shower, 2 sinks and a toilet.
The bedrooms and the living room are equipped with reversible air conditioning, both bedrooms have mosquito nets, closet, wardrobes.
In addition to air conditioning, the living room is equipped with ceiling fans.
From the living room you will have direct access to the garden and the swimming pool through sliding bay windows.
You can enjoy a landscaped garden of 2300 m2 with its fruit trees and Mediterranean species.
