Enjoy absolute calm: villa of 135m² without vis-à-vis, 3 suites each with their own en-suite bathroom, heated swimming pool (from the beginning of May to mid-October) & view of the Albères massif.
This villa is ideal for families and friends on a large plot of 1200m² with petanque court and BBQ. Fully air-conditioned house.
Location: 5 minutes from the Thermes du Boulou, 15 minutes from the beaches of Argelès-sur-Mer, Spain and Céret, 20 minutes from Perpignan and less than 30 minutes from Collioure and Banyuls-sur-Mer.
Sea, mountains, thermal baths, markets, Spain: everything is accessible in less than 30 minutes. You will enjoy an ideal location to discover the riches of the Catalan country. Cycle path at the foot of the house going from the sea to the mountains.

- Living space (50 m²): Light-filled living/dining room, opening directly onto the terrace and the swimming pool, with a panoramic and unobstructed view of the Albères massif.
- Premium Kitchen: Fully equipped for cooking enthusiasts (oven, induction hob, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee makers, toaster and complete utensils).
- Master Suite 1: Queen Size bed (160x200), television, dressing room and its en-suite private bathroom (shower, sink, toilet).
- Master Suite 2: Queen Size bed (160x200), television, dressing room and its en-suite private bathroom (shower, sink, toilet).
- Children/Friends Suite: 2 modular single beds, storage space and its en-suite private bathroom (shower, sink, toilet).
- Amenities: Independent laundry room (washing machine, iron and ironing board) + 1 separate toilet.

- Private Heated & Secure Swimming Pool: Magnificent 8m x 4m pool (accessible from the beginning of May to mid-October) protected by an approved security alarm. We chose the property for the 3 bathrooms!! And the 5 star rating was fully justified. The pictures do not flatter the property at all. It was better than the photos indicated. The home had been purpose built for rentals and it was reflected in the ease of use. The property was very private and serene. The neighborhood was quiet and made sitting outside a very pleasant experience. The pool was kept immaculately clean. Everything worked well and the area was great for exploration. On arrival there were thoughtful items such as milk and croissants in the refrigerator. All the linen was in good condition. Our landlady was helpful and attentive. We rate the experience 5 stars.

The villa was perfect - clean with everything we needed and it was in an excellent location to explore. We loved Collioure (evening) and Cadadqués (day trip) and the beach club Amourette Plage. Perpignan also well worth a visit both during the day and in the evening (La Famille restaurant was brilliant). The pool at the villa was perfect for our family. Beware of the mosquitoes - make sure you have repellent with you. Thank you to the hosts who were very helpful.

Amazing Villa in stunning surroundings, very close to lots of beauty spots and varied activities.The villa was exceptionally maintained and furnished……It almost looked brand new!The hosts were absolutely fantastic, so helpful and welcoming and their thoughtful and personal touches put the shine on a superb holiday! We stayed in this house for a week and the owners of the house are really nice people. They gave us a warm welcome when we arrived and they also had done some shopping for us in the supermarket ( nice cold water, local snacks, milk, wine etc ) the house itself is in excellent condition and really clean. We really enjoyed our stay here and we can recommend everybody to stay here for a vacation.
