About this house rental
Located in Cazaux, in the south of the town of La Teste-de-Buch, this house is an ideal place to come and relax with your family and enjoy the Bay of Arcachon. The house consists of a first floor + a floor, and the possibility of accommodating 8 people. The house is 155 M² on a plot of 800 M² in a quiet area.
Proximity for the practice of water sports, climbing the Dune of Pilat, cycling in the forest, zoo, amusement parks, hikes by the basin, boat navigation.
The house is fully equipped, and equipped with 2 mobile air conditioning units.
Bordeaux airport is 45 minutes away by car.
Interior equipment: TV with DVD player, CD player and radio, WIFI connection, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette set, electric food processor, and all the necessary dishes, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, 2 refrigerators, gas hob, oven...
Outdoor equipment: barbecue, garden furniture, arbour with large table and chairs, sun loungers.
Cazaux is bordered on one side by a lake and on the other by the ocean and its fine sandy beaches. Between the two stands a pine forest that will delight hiking enthusiasts with its 17 routes and 100 km of cycle paths. You have a supermarket, as well as a gas station at the entrance to Cazaux. Restaurants and shops are at your disposal in the centre and near the village (hairdresser, beautician, pizzeria, caterer....)

- Dune du pila: 8km
- Lake beaches: 2 km (20 minutes walk). (Ideal for young children who don't have to fear the power and freshness of the waves.)
- canal: 700 meters 4 min walk (the possibility of starting the canoe trip). With a small park to walk your dog if necessary. We provide a 3-seater canoe with its accessories free of charge.
- 200 meters from the bus station (line H - La Teste-de-Buch station)
- forest: 15 minutes on foot
- "Petit Nice" ocean beach: 15 minutes by car (there are also cycle paths to access it)
- 15 minutes from Arcachon, (its huts on stilts, its Banc d'Arguin...)
- 6 km the Zoo
You will find shops, post office, pharmacy, doctor, petrol nearby.
The H bus line (the Teste-de-Buch/Cazaux station) is 2OO meters from the house.
