The home features a bedroom with a double bed and a room with a single bed, where the house's tumble dryer is also located. In the conservatory, there is a double pull-out sofa bed for extra sleeping space. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, washbasins, shower cubicle, and underfloor heating, ensuring comfort during your stay. On warm summer evenings, you can relax on the covered terrace, cook dinner on the charcoal grill, or enjoy the large 900 m² natural plot, where the house is situated, perfect for playing ball games or relaxing. This property is not rented out to youth groups, ensuring a peaceful and family-friendly environment.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services.
