Heated by electric heating, the property is suitable for year-round stays. Community parking is available nearby, making it convenient for guests arriving by car. The location is unbeatable, with shops and restaurants just 150 meters away and the beach within easy walking distance. This vacation home is perfect for families or small groups looking for a relaxing and convenient vacation in Marielyst. The house has free access to the water park. Please note that rentals to youth groups are not permitted, ensuring a peaceful and family-friendly environment throughout your stay.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
