This well-located Harwich home continues to be a guest favorite for its comfort, layout, and proximity to some of the Cape’s most desirable destinations. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood just off Route 28, the property offers easy access to both Chatham and Orleans, placing you minutes from beaches, golf, dining, shopping, and summer staples like the Cape Cod Baseball League. The nearby Wequassett Resort is just a short walk away, and local conservation trails provide a peaceful option for morning walks or afternoon exploration.
The home is designed with both relaxation and functionality in mind. A private backyard offers space to unwind after a day out, whether you're grilling, enjoying the outdoor shower, or simply relaxing on the deck. Inside, the first-floor primary suite includes a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, offering convenience and privacy.
The main living area features an open-concept kitchen and dining space, centered around an eat-in island that naturally brings everyone together. I loved that there were several places to relax- sunroom, living room, basement and patio. I loved how it was decorated and I loved the location- quiet neighborhood near Chatham and Orleans! Hope to come back next year!
