The Space:
Nestled in the secluded Meetinghouse Village neighborhood at the end of a private cul de sac, the peace and quiet of Brewster/Harwich will be sure to bring you calm. A large plot located on a small hill adds privacy and luxury to your stay, enhancing an already spectacular home, and just minutes away from some of the best golfing on the Cape.
A sprawling grass yard surrounds the home, with a stepping stone path up to the beautiful, navy blue front door. Entering the home, you will instantly fall in love with the beachy decor and nautical color scheme. Natural light floods the open concept living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room houses a large TV with built-in bookshelves and gorgeous beach themed knick knacks. The dining room and kitchen have ample space to cook and feast during your vacation stay, with a breakfast bar at the kitchen’s center island, and lovely nautical themed seating at the dining table.
The back deck is a wonderful place to lounge on either the outdoor living room set or around the fire pit. Back inside, head down to the basement, where an awesome entertainment room is perfect for catching the big game, watching your favorite movie, or getting some quick Z’s on the comfy couch.
When it’s time to truly get some sleep, the home's three bedrooms have plenty of options to rest up. Located on the first floor, the first bedroom with a bunk bed and twin bed with trundle is a perfect spot for the kids to crash. Upstairs, the primary bedroom, complete with king size bed, has a wonderful sky light above a nice reading area. The home’s third and final bedroom is located upstairs as well, with a king size bed and large closet. A spacious bathroom is located upstairs, with a tub/ shower combo. The home’s second bathroom is on the first floor.
Other amenities include a washer and dryer, a private backyard, and an outdoor shower. A short drive from the Captains Golf Course, beaches aren’t the only Cape Cod amenity you’ll be enjoying this summer, at Brewster Hideaway.

This was our first time visiting Cape Cod. The house was perfect for our needs, clean and updated kitchen and bathrooms. It was a well equipped kitchen, great gas grill, plenty of towels and linens. The neighborhood was perfect for walks with our dog.Overall house was very comfortable and cute and easy access to bike path, beaches and parks.The only improvements would be an electric kettle and more lights in the rooms. A heads up about sprinkler system and incline of driveway to avoid bottoming out with a bike rack and dousing of bikes left outside would be well received.

House was very clean and comfortable. Some problems with the grill ( heat not high enough). Lovely back porch in quiet yard and neighborhood. Would have been nice if there was a booklet letting us know what amenities were close by ( restaurants, markets). Also , no soap or shampoo in the bathroom , which did not feel very welcoming .

Very nice rental. Our family of four really enjoyed our stay. Kids loved spending time in finished basement. Kitchen had lots of glasses, dishes and silverware (many rentals don't) so made it easy to wait a few days to run full dishwasher.
