Beautiful farmhouse built in 1906, within walking distance of the Longleaf Trace biking trail, local restaurants and boutiques. The home has original features, a favorite is the claw foot tub, take a relaxing bath! Have coffee on the front porch swing! Enjoy the back yard barbequing on the grill or make smores on the firepit! Conveniently located 2 blocks f/ the Longleaf Trace, 2 miles f/ Sumrall Sportsplex public use tennis and pickleball courts, 2 miles f/ Dogwood Venue, & 15 miles f/ USM Campus.

Our stay at this home was wonderful. The host was great to work with in terms of accommodating our small gathering of family and friends after my son’s graduation. The house itself was wonderfully stocked with everything we could have needed and more. My wife and I were traveling with our parents and adult children and this house was a perfect fit for all. Thank you Heather for making your home available! It’s beautifully decorated and wonderfully situated!

This was our second stay at this property. We had a wonderful experience just like the first time! Heather was very attentive and made sure our needs were met. We will be staying here for future visits to Sumrall!
