This 1930's cottage style home is newly 100% renovated, and very comfortably furnish. Enjoy a cool drink on the front porch, or relax in the spacious front living room, dining room or separate TV room! Lots of paved parking and very well maintained. The property was very nice and the location was convenient. There was a couple of problems that were difficult to ignore. The water tank in the coffee pot was coated in old grounds, i was able to clean it so not that big of a deal. The refrigerator was clean but had a horrible odor. Smelled of seafood. The refrigerator was clean, but the smell hots you in the face when you open it. There was a strong sewer gas smell coming from the downstairs bathrooms and water was very slow to drain. I had to leave the fans on while i was there and keep the bathroom doors closed. I had to leave 2 days early because my mom had a heart attack. I advised the owner of an emergency and told him that i had to leave 2 days early. He wouldn't respond to any more of my communications nor adjusted from 6 days to 4 days. I assume it is because he wouldn't, but he could have responded.
