Welcome to Haus Ute—your retreat!
Set in a quiet location, just about 3 km from the charming town of Kappeln, the light-filled and inviting Haus Ute awaits you. Enjoy the magnificent view over the rolling fields and the lovingly landscaped garden, which bursts into a colorful sea of flowers starting in May. On a clear day, you can even see the Schlei near Arnis from the property while listening to the soothing chirping of birds and the gentle croaking of frogs.
This spacious vacation home spans two floors and features wide doors that allow for barrier-free access. On the first floor, which is approximately 120 square meters, you’ll find a large living room furnished with a cozy couch, two comfortable armchairs, a TV, and an inviting fireplace. From here, you have direct access to the sunny south-facing terrace—perfect for relaxing outdoors. The table, which seats four people, is ideal for social games or meals. The house has two bedrooms. One is located on the first floor and features a spacious double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) with medium-firm mattresses for restful nights. The second bedroom (approx. 25 sqm) on the upper floor is furnished with a box-spring bed featuring a medium-firm mattress (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and a television.
On the first floor, you’ll find a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, a spacious corner bathtub, a toilet, and heated floors, as well as an additional guest restroom. The separate kitchen is equipped with a high-quality built-in kitchen, a table, and four chairs. Here you’ll find a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher. One dishwasher tablet is provided upon arrival; please bring additional tablets yourself. A freezer and a washing machine are located in the utility room, which is accessible from the kitchen and leads to the free parking lot via a separate rear entrance.
Please note that pets are not allowed and the house is rented as a non-smoking property. Upon request, you can obtain firewood for the fireplace for an additional fee (payable in cash on site)—the fireplace must be left clean after use.
