The bright and cozy Spatz vacation home is situated in a quiet location about 2 km from Kappeln, offering panoramic views of the fields and the garden, which blooms in every imaginable color starting in May. From its slightly elevated position, on a clear day you can see the Schlei near Arnis across the fields.
A cozy sitting area in the living room invites you to relax. The living room also features a dining table that seats four. The house has two bedrooms with double beds and sleeps up to four people. One bedroom has an additional TV. The built-in kitchen is located in a separate room and is equipped with a fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. One dishwasher tablet is provided upon arrival; please bring your own for subsequent use. The bathroom has two sinks, and the shower is easily accessible thanks to its low threshold. A washing machine, an ironing board, and an iron are provided. The house has a south-facing terrace. Pets are not allowed. The house is rented as a non-smoking property.
