This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa is situated in the prestigious area of Cap D'Antibes on a secure gated domain. This Villa has been renovated & has been beautifully maintained & decorated reflecting this beautiful area. There is a real boutique hotel feel to this property. With sea views from the first floor bedrooms the villa is perfectly situated to walk to the nearby beaches & restaurants. There is a lovely swimming pool, garden and terraces to rest and relax.
The space:
This beautiful 3 bedroom property has been very nicely decorated and equipped for guests. It is located in a private secure domain on the Cap D'Antibes and is very private a quiet in location. On entrance level you have the hallyway, open plan dining room and lounge overlooking the garden and swimming pool. There is a seperate kitchen on this level also with garden access. On the ground floor there is the master bedroom suite with ensuite bathroom (with bath, toilet & shower). This bedroom has A/C and garden access. On the first floor there are 2 guest bedrooms. 1 double bedroom with ensuite shower & toilet and another bedroom with 2 single beds and access to a seperate bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. The villa has a very mediterranean feel with lots of light and sea views from the first floor bedrooms which have their own balconies.
Guest access:
Guests will be able to use the entire villa, garden and pool for their own private use.

Overall exceeded expectations. The Villa has a wonderful open and airy feel and great energy. The decor is lovely and sophisticated. There are some nice views from upstairs bedroom balconies. The kitchen is well equipped with tasteful tableware. There’s a little market store and pharmacy around the corner for essentials. We hope to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa - Anke and Lisa (the property managers) were the best. They were so helpful and responsive, they booked dinner reservations for us and were quick to fix an AC issue in the home. The home itself was just what we needed - its was comfortable, clean and in a great location.
