This beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers breathtaking views of Lake Barkley and is conveniently located within walking distance of the outdoor pool, playground, and boat rentals. Inside, you’ll find new hardwood floors, appliances, furniture, paint, and lighting throughout. The upstairs loft bedroom features a king bed, two recliners perfectly positioned for enjoying the lake views, a 50” Smart TV, and an electric fireplace for ambiance or extra warmth on cool evenings. The downstairs bedroom includes a queen bed and twin bunk beds with all-new mattresses (replaced in fall 2020), along with its own 50” Smart TV. The main living area provides plenty of seating, stunning lake views, a 55” Smart TV with DVR, a warming fireplace, and a queen sleeper sofa. Outside, the brand-new deck and screened-in porch create the perfect space for relaxing or grilling on the gas grill while soaking in the views. This place had everything you could want for a fun boating vacation. The condo was perfect for us and had what we needed. Could use some very minor updates as the doors were very difficult to open and close but we loved this place. We had no idea how fun it would be to cruise around in a golf cart and go into the town, which I highly recommend!!

Everything was great. Check-in was smooth. Our condo wasn’t ready yet but we were able to enjoy the pool until it was. The house was exactly how it was described. Kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We were able to bring our small dog with us which was a bonus for us. The screened in deck off the back was a very nice touch. I would definitely stay here again.
