The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 136 m² house with swimming pool for rent in Garrigues-Sainte-Eulalie, which can accommodate up to 5 travelers. It comprises a lovely living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms and a mezzanine, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of approx. 300 m². Wifi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
Ground floor:
- Living room with sofas, armchairs and TV
- A fully equipped kitchen with dining area, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and hobs...
1st floor:
- Bedroom 1: two single beds joined to form a double bed
- Bedroom 2: one single bed
- Bathroom (with bath), WC
2nd floor:
- Open-plan sleeping area with queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room, WC
- Tropezian terrace
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Non-adjoining outdoor space, accessible via an adjacent street:
- A private, unheated 5m x 3m swimming pool. Open from April 01 to September 30, securely fenced in.
- A 300 m² garden, with terrace and furniture, to make the most of sunny days.

- Nearest airport: Nîmes-Alès-Camargue-Cévennes accessible in about 30 minutes (by car).
