About this house rental
Cocoonr is offering this charming house with a swimming pool for rent in Garrigues-Sainte-Eulalie. It has a floor area of 136 m² and can accommodate up to 5 guests. It comprises a lovely living room, a fully fitted kitchen with a dining area, two bedrooms and a mezzanine, two bathrooms (with shower and bath), and you can enjoy a garden of around 300 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The property is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- A living room with sofas, armchairs and a TV
- A fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, including an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher and hobs...
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: two single beds pushed together to form a double bed
- Bedroom 2: one single bed
- A bathroom (with bath) and toilet
2nd floor:
- Open-plan sleeping area with a queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room, WC
- Toulon-style terrace
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Separate outdoor area, accessible via an adjacent street:
- A private, unheated swimming pool measuring 5m × 3m. Open from 1 April to 30 September and secured (fenced with gates)
- A 300 m² garden, featuring a terrace with outdoor furniture, so you can make the most of sunny days
The house is ideally situated in Garrigues-Sainte-Eulalie, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...
