Welcome to Blauzac, in this charming house where you will find tranquility and comfort, whether you are with family or friends... A real haven of peace awaits you.
Located on the heights of a medieval village, a few meters from the center, the house will offer you the best of both worlds: the serenity of the countryside and the proximity of urban and tourist amenities.

The 100 m2 house offers you a beautiful main room, with a large bay window that floods the room with natural light, with access to a small covered terrace.
You will find a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, a wood stove, very popular in winter, and air conditioning to enjoy the coolness in summer. Then the dining area, which can accommodate up to 6 people, will give you access to a second terrace, the main one, larger, made of wood, which leads to the swimming pool.
The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals.
On the night side, you will find 3 spacious bedrooms, equipped with double beds and cupboards to store your belongings:PGJyPg

• Bedroom 2 and bedroom 3: double beds 140x200
Finally, the travertine bathroom is spacious, and equipped with two sinks. It offers you the choice: shower or bath.
The toilets are independent.
The 1,500 m2 garden, fully fenced, is a real asset, with its 3 furnished terraces, a barbecue and garden furniture (deckchairs, pergola, tables, chairs, parasol, etc.)
This is the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful sunny days by the pool (salt treatment), relax and enjoy the peace and quiet that reigns in Blauzac.
