About this apartment rental
Make yourself at home in this gorgeous 1-bedroom Sunny Beachside Retreat that sleeps 4. Located a few minutes walk from the beach but if you prefer, stop at the private pool, rest, and enjoy. All you need is your bathing suit, we supply the toys and towels.
The unit is remodeled head to toe. Cook in our bright and modern fully equipped kitchen or walk across the street to choose from a plethora of restaurants and shops. Access the village by visiting the free trolley stop located across the street. This condo features a king size bed and a comfortable pullout coach. Make your holiday one for the best and stay at our place.
Don't worry if you are driving, we have a parking space for. If you don't want to drive the FREE trolley stop is across the street and runs regularly. Inside the unit we have a guidebook filled with information and restaurants. Some of my favorites are across the street.

The bed and couch were very comfortable! It was great having the wagon, chairs, umbrella and coolers for the beach being so close and we definitely utilized them. We loved the patio and the rain shower in the bathroom was a luxury. Right by the trolley stops and some good places to eat. Also, I was concerned about privacy being by the road but it was quiet and the sound machine helped. We loved all the hooks around to hang our hats, towels and suits. We swept often to handle the excess sand from our feet. I would have liked blackout curtains in the bedroom and a couple throw rugs around the bed for more comfort and to avoid getting sand in the bed. Needs more hand towels for the kitchen and bathroom so we don’t have to use so many paper towels. Overall, great place to stay. Definitely would consider staying here again in beautiful siesta key!

We had a great weekend! The condo is very small but it was as advertised and had everything we needed. We never moved our car because everything we wanted was walking distance- great location!

Convenience is an understatement. Easy walk to bars, restaurants, shops, food markets, and of course the beach and pool. The accommodations are clean and modern—providing everything we needed for a throughly enjoyable stay. Thank you!
