I provide books and games, dining room table inside and outside, as well as a study table and additional charging station for your phones on the back of both nightstands. The private outdoor patio has dining table, umbrella and chairs as well as outdoor lights at night on auto timers. Even has an outdoor shower for your use. The new appliances and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to stay for a month, even wine and champagne glasses. I give all my guests my restaurant recommendations and locations. Our stay at Mermaid Mansion was just what the doctor ordered. So clean and relaxing, beautifully beach theme decorated, nice private area out back and appointed with everything you need. Most appreciated all the beach essentials which made the short trip to the beach less cumbersome task. The beach was incredible with its powdery sand. Loved taking the trolly to the Village and enjoyed seeing the island. I would love to come back for a longer stay to be able to experience all things we couldn't in such a short trip. Thank you Phyllis for allowing your guests the opportunity to enjoy your little slice of heaven.

This was the cleanest, absolute best place to stay! Close to everything. Exactly as described. All the amenities you could ever need from the kitchen to beach toys and supplies. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Appreciated the clear communication from the host. Would definitely stay again!
