About this house rental
Beautiful house comprising a garden level with large bay windows and a 1st floor.
It is composed of 3 bedrooms and all the necessary comfort for a pleasant family stay. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac on an enclosed and wooded plot 200 m from the beach.
Outside beautiful terrace with a large table and parasol, beautiful heated swimming pool with 8 sunbeds to relax and a ping pong table to have fun.
Capacity:
8 people. Sheets are provided, cleaning is to be done by the tenant. The house comprises:
-On the first floor
A large open equipped kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, "nespresso" coffee maker, toaster, kettle ...
The kitchen opens onto a 15 m² veranda, ideal for relaxing
A large living room of about 60 m² with sofa and television
A bedroom with a 140x190 bed and storage
A bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin over a cabinet and washing machine
A separate toilet with washbasin
A small closed room with a shoe cabinet, a 2nd fridge and a large freezer.
- Upstairs:
A bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x x190 ) bunk and storage
A 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x x190 ) bunk beds and storage
An unenclosed bedroom area with a double bed of 140x190
A bathroom with a shower and washbasin on furniture
A separate toilet
No need for a car, you can do everything on foot, we are ideally located 200m from the beach and about 300m from the shopping street.
Possibility to park a small car on the grounds.
Free parking is available 50m away.
On arrival, you will be asked:
A deposit check of 1800 euros, returned on departure after a visit together.
A certificate of holiday insurance.
The payment of the tourist tax which is paid to the Town Hall of La Faute sur mer. i.e. 2.5 euros per night and per adult if not charged by our Vrbo platform.
The EDF: in non-seasonal periods (July/August) is billed at 0.25 per kilowatt more over the period. We take a meter reading together as soon as it is necessary to heat during your stay.
I offer you a flat rate for the supply of sheets and towels for the whole house up to 60 euros. I leave it to you to get back to me on this subject before your arrival.
I may have to refuse the "Immediate Reservations" if you have not had a favorable response from me.
