About this house rental
Stone townhouse, completely renovated in 2023 of 90 m² for 8 people. Ideal for 2 families with children.
Rental open all year round (week and weekend).
You enter through a corridor leading to 3 bedrooms (CH1 - 1 bed of 160, CH2 1 bed of 160, CH 3 - 1 bed of 140 and 2 bunk beds) cupboard and wardrobe in each bedroom, a bathroom (double sink and large shower, hairdryer).
A second bathroom (1 sink, a large shower) and washing machine.
A toilet (+ 1 outside)
A large workshop window opens onto the terrace and the swimming pool. A kitchen overlooking the outside with American fridge with freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, traditional oven and microwave oven, electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster, electric fryer, electric food processor and all the crockery for 8/10 people.
Iron and ironing board.
A living room with 2 2-seater sofas, pull-out tables, a base unit. A flat screen TV. The house is connected to the fiber.
Board games (young and old), books.
Outside, a large terrace with a table and chairs that can accommodate up to 10 people, a summer kitchen with sink and plancha. An outdoor toilet. An awning, a wooden relaxation area with cushions and coffee table (large parasol), another dining area under the poplar tree (ideal when it's very hot), deckchairs for idleness.
A semi-inground salt water swimming pool heated from June to September (3.5 x 6). An outdoor shower
