This stylish, newly renovated apartment on the 11th floor offers breathtaking views of the Harz Mountains. Thanks to its south-facing location, you’ll enjoy plenty of natural light and a relaxing atmosphere. The apartment is located in a well-maintained apartment building right next to the spa park and was extensively renovated in 2025.
The Wolfswarte vacation apartment is particularly well-suited for couples or families with up to 2 children, but also for solo travelers and families with a dog.
With 49 m² of space, the Wolfswarte vacation apartment offers a cozy, relaxing retreat where you can unwind. The open-concept living area is flooded with natural light and features a comfortable sofa and a 55-inch smart TV. Two bedrooms offer pleasant comfort: one with a spacious double bed (180 x 200 cm), a 32-inch smart TV, and a built-in closet; the other with a practical bunk bed (90 x 195 cm) for children traveling with you. The bathroom features a rain shower, handheld showerhead, toilet, and sink.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could want—including a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and numerous additional appliances such as a kettle, egg cooker, toaster, and fully automatic coffee maker. The adjacent dining area is perfect for social gatherings. From the sunny balcony, you can enjoy the beautiful view of the unique landscape.
Additional amenities at the resort offer a wide range of recreational activities: Skittles and bowling alleys, foosball, air hockey (pucks provided in the apartment), billiards, and a dart machine provide entertainment. In the basement, you’ll find a ping-pong table as well as washers and dryers (for a fee). The indoor pool can be used free of charge with the guest card, while the sauna is available for a small fee—which we cover for our guests. A mini-golf course, a children’s playground, and a toboggan run are located right next to the building.
The ski resort and groomed cross-country trails are only 300 meters away and within walking distance. Free parking and Wi-Fi are also available. The booking fee already includes the visitor’s tax, and thanks to contactless check-in, flexible check-in starting at 2:00 PM is possible.
