Vacation Apartment 256
This 2-room vacation apartment, measuring 49.5 m², meets the highest standards of comfort and location.
Apartment 256 is located on the 5th floor (Building 1) of the “Panoramic,” a vacation complex in the Upper Harz mountain village of Hohegeiß, near Braunlage.
The lovingly and individually furnished vacation apartment has been completely renovated and is equipped with high-quality furniture. It is a non-smoking apartment with a spacious living and dining area. In the living room, you’ll find a comfortable sleeper sofa for two people, a large flat-screen TV, a dining area, and a high-quality new kitchen with a dishwasher and its own washing machine. The very attractive kitchen leaves nothing to be desired in terms of amenities. The bedroom, which has a window, features a very comfortable box-spring double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a large wardrobe.
The chic, new, modern bathroom with a real-glass shower enclosure, rain shower, and heated towel rack rounds out the vacation apartment. The entire apartment is allergy-friendly and features high-quality, beautiful laminate flooring.
On the balcony, which is furnished with a table and seating, you can enjoy the view or soak up the sun over a cup of coffee starting at noon.
The former apartment hotel, comprising two hotel towers, houses modern vacation apartments that are managed by an in-house vacation rental company or by private landlords, so that vacationers can enjoy the freedom and independence of a vacation apartment while also experiencing the comfort of a hotel.
Check-in and check-out are handled through the front desk or a code-secured key safe.
