    I’m a gold member with M village so got a room upgrade as a perk. Sign up is completely free & 100% worth it! My room is beautifully decorated- honestly it’s the best hotel I’ve stayed in since being in Vietnam. It’s got everything you need including free laundry service. Great location, beautiful settings & the staff are wonderful- any request or issue I’ve raised, they have sorted out quickly. I highly recommend this hotel - the location isn’t central Hanoi however it’s great & you can get a grab taxi to all key locations with ease. Stay at this beautiful hotel, you won’t regret it! 😁❤️

    Room is good. The only thing we did not like since when we 1st checked in, we were out in a room that totally not convenient at all since how to get to the room was not acceptable. We had to walk up then down and again upstairs, room was nice but how to get to the room is another story. And we asked to switch to different room with additional charges.
