We had a really good stay overall. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. We stayed in a city-view room, and the location was very convenient. Supermarkets like Food City and Glomark, along with restaurants such as KFC and Pizza Hut, were all within walking distance. There were just a few minor downsides. We booked a king-size room, but it felt a bit smaller than it appeared in the pictures. Also, there was a power outlet on only one side of the bed, which was a little inconvenient. One suggestion would be to clearly display the front desk contact number next to the room's landline phone. We couldn't find the number and only managed to reach the front desk by trying different numbers. Other than these small issues, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed our time there.

The hotel was nice, and clean and great value for the price but the staff was great especially Hashini, Akram, Sharon, Thiwanka and Shahan and All Housekeeping staff, I don't know all the names but they're really nice, friendly and helpful! 😁

I had a great stay overall! My only suggestion is that management enforce a rule against guests switching beds without notifying the staff. It creates confusion during check-in and makes things difficult for the housekeeping staffs. Aside from that, the staff was friendly, helpful, and did a wonderful job keeping the place clean and pleasant.
