I stayed in delux room for single person. First of all they told that the recharge for wifi was due so there was not any wifi plus the mattress of the bed was too hard like a rickshaw seat and position of switch board was absurd as there was no table or desk underneath to put your phone or any electric appliances like electric kettle so can't use the switch board and another switch board was non functional. There was no geyser and there was big hole in the wall of the toilet. Bedsheet was stained. No scope for natural light inside the room. After taking shower water leaks into the room. Behaviour of staff and location are only on positive side.

1. Poor room facility, no windows, no slippers and towel, no free wifi as per promised.
2. Room and Hotel security is concerning.
3. No toiletries available especially tissue rolls.
4. Room feels like suffocating without even a single ventilation, or air to pass.
