Amazing Dining & Exceptional Service by Pallavi & Brijesh!"My recent stay at Hotel Palacio, Guwahati was absolutely incredible. Right from the start, the front desk team set a wonderful tone for the trip. They welcomed me with genuine warmth, and the check-in process was smooth, professional, and highly efficient.The absolute highlight of my experience, however, was the spectacular service from the restaurant and room service department, specifically Pallavi and Brijesh. They are true assets to this hotel! Whether I was dining in the restaurant or ordering room service, their hospitality was flawless. They were incredibly attentive, polite, and went above and beyond to ensure every meal was perfect. Their warm smiles and prompt service made me look forward to every single order.The food itself was absolutely delicious—expertly prepared, full of flavor, and delivered piping hot. Combined with the pristine, comfortable rooms and excellent hotel amenities, this stay exceeded all my expectations.If you are visiting Guwahati, Hotel Palacio is a must-stay.
