    I’m an American solo traveler and I am blown away by how amazing this hotel is in every way, for such a low price . It’s off a main road just enough to make it so quiet at night . The location, the staff, the roof top pool, the bed , the spacious room, the cleanliness was unreal. I didn’t want to leave. I was looking for something that was affordable for a longer stay and got a 5 star like residence and treatment for little $. I will never stay anywhere else when I come back. You cant even get a hostel back home for this low price and it’s unbelievable. Thanks to all the staff for making me feel like a King. The border war is going on but Siem Reap is very safe so book Bronam now. You won’t regret it.

    Overall a great stay, WIFI is intermittent and the food selection is not vast but what we got was very nice. Very firm bed and had an issue with the shower water not draining and the water temperature.

    1. No sound isolation at all: you can literally hear everything: neighbors's activities, noise from the street, gecko, dog barks in the late night, roosters in early morning.... everything 2. From 7am, loud noise from the construction work nearby will wake you up 3. The curtains have no effect at all; lights coming in from everywhere 4. No cleaning service at all, even when you put the plate of "Please clean the room" every day 5. Rocks everywhere on the alley outside of the guest house, very difficult to walk with luggage. Also dogs are bothering you when you walk on the street, quite scary. 6. Not possible to correctly locate the guesthouse; no tuktuk outside, and when calling a Grab they cannot locate the guesthouse at all. 7. No hot shower in the evening time; staff explained that this is a solar system and can only provide hot water in the day time
