I loved my stay at the Oakmoon. I was the only one there for two days, so I had free use of my spacious room, plus the open-plan full kitchen and living room area and the funky little interior patio with hand-painted mural. The house is on a narrow street of mostly private homes and a few bars and restaurants and close to plenty of other restaurants, shops, the marina, cathedral, laundromat, etc. Sarah, the house manager, is friendly and very helpful, if you need anything.

Everything was great except the noise! A club was just down the alley so there were constant loud revelers until 4 a. m. If you're a light sleeper, this may not be the place for you even with earplugs.
Other than that, all was great - location, staff, room, amenities. The light fixture in our room was the coolest ever!

Great place to stay, I highly recommend it. Very clean, beautifully decorated, modern shared kitchen, large common area and a beautiful outdoor patio with large painted mural. And the room itself was top notch. Good location, within walking distance to shops, waterfront, restaurants, sights, etc.
