What a beautiful hotel with nice location near the forests! Amazing staff which are always so friendly and helpful! While the Onsen are a great endind for each day!

Absolutely stunning hotel and the service was top notch. We came here to get away from Tokyo this is our first visit to this area and this hotel was amazing! We were greeted immediately and checked in, the staff also speak English and were very nice to us. They have a ton of items you can rent from board games to flat irons. The rooms are huge, the showers are amazing. We didn’t get to try the onsen this time but we will definitely be back.
This hotel is right on a shopping street where you can shop for various items food and it’s even close to a lit Karuizawa sign area you can take photos this time of year. If you are looking for something away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo stay here. We did Hakone 3 times before we found this area and 100% would stay here over Hakone.

We enjoyed this hotel during a brief getaway during the summer to escape the Tokyo heat. The hotel is located in a very nice location in old Karuizawa (Kyo-Karuizawa), close to many nice restaurants and little shops, while also being very quite. Rooms are very large and modern, the hotel has its own hot spring (onsen), and high speed internet is free. Very friendly staff and a large and tasty breakfast buffer. We definitely plan to visit again.
