Schöne helle Wohnzimmer, sauberes und bequemes Bett. Praktische Lage, viele Geschäfte und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe, gute Anbindung an die Innenstadt. Eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit allem, was man braucht.
Die Sanitäranlagen sind alt und die Oberflächen schlecht gereinigt. Badewanne und Toilette waren mangelhaft sauber. Es gab keine Duschhalterung im Badezimmer, was sehr unpraktisch war. Es gab keinen Kleiderschrank in der Wohnung.
