Cercania al RER para ir a Disney (literalmente 15 minutos de la puerta del apartamento a la puerta de Disney).
Bouba, el anfitrion, es super agradable y está siempre pendiente que todo esté OK.
Hay juguetes para los niños y muchos detalles de Disney (pegatinas, figuras...)
Ademas, nos hizo el transfer desde Beauvais al apartamento, muy amable.
Al lado del apartamento hay varios restaurantes de todo tipo (panaderias, cafeterias, restaurntes italianos, thai, indios, frances...) y un supermercado Aldi.
Apartamento tiene cocina.
La litera es incomoda de subir y suena un poco al moverse por la noche.

Con l'unica telefonata avuta il gestore sembrava cordiale in quanto ci ha concesso di entrare in stanza un'ora prima. Anche via messaggio pareva cordiale .
La camera di primo impatto sembra carina ed accogliente
Pulizia molto scarsa dell'ambiente , camera un po' fatiscente. Non ha soddisfatto esigenze ed aspettative. Prezzo eccessivamente alto (abbiamo pagato meno al Disneyland hotel prenotando in anticipo ) . Il sistema di consegna chiavi molto "particolare" .
