O banheiro com banheira e a cortina é muito ruim, molha o banheiro inteiro. Algumas funcionalidades do quarto como tomadas e utensílios domésticos não funcionavam, mas isso não comprometeu a estadia.

Front desk works 24hours and it was easy to pick up the keys, the apartment location is very good, near the Universal parks and other attractions. Parking is easy and free.

Very mixed feelings. We had to change rooms due to an urgent maintenance and I didn't like that they entered the apartment without notice while we were out and on the checkout day, someone just entered the apartment again while we were sleeping way before checkout time and they came again about 40 min before time to rush us out. I notified the host/owner about the issues and he just told me that would check what happened but I never got any explanation back. The building looks a little dated and there were renovations going on during the stay. The apartment itself was well equipped but with a mix of new and old stuff. While the fridge and kitchen looked up to date, the bathroom had some issues on the shower, the drain was a little clogged and the sofa bed was kind of broken.
