Has potential but so much needed fixing

General appearance and location are good.

Quite possibly the worst experience of the 100 properties we have stayed in throughout Europe. Yep, the room appears nice enough in the photos but so many things didn't work: 1) TV not working - to his credit the agent arranged a serviceman but the reasons given for the fault were dubious, 2) WiFi weak and unreliable, 3) Water leaking on the bathroom floor (initially denied it was a leak until the reality became undeniable, 4) key entry into apartment very difficult - we got the agent to try it for himself then the reality set in, 5) ants on the floor. I've suggested to the property managers that they de-list the site until all the faults are remedied - I hope that is now the case because this property does have potential.
