We were expecting basic but did expect it to be clean and have the facilities that were advertised.

Bed linen and towels were new and freshly washed. Close to a supermarket and places to eat. Parking was plentiful.

Missing Facilities - no washing machine and microwave. Kitchen was very dirty. Oven door was held together by very dirty/greasy plastic tape. Dishes washed and left on the draining board as there was nowhere to store them. Anything put on the worktops stuck to it as they were thick with grease. To be fair the rest of the apartment was relatively clean, just avoid the kitchen. There was a strong unpleasant drain smell in the apartment. AC remote was locked at 25deg. Soundproofing between apartments was very poor, conversations could clearly be heard and they had a very noisy dog. Apartment difficult to find, communications before we arrived were not good, we emailed and got a reply months later. Despite saying that the apartment was pet friendly, it was not. When we arrived we were told that pets were not allowed in the apartment - we were told to leave them on an unshaded balcony in 26 plus heat!

Κάναμε μια στάση Κομοτηνή επιστρέφοντας από road trip. Το σπίτι ήταν καλύτερο από ότι περιμέναμε. Άνετοι χώροι, ανεξάρτητα το υπνοδωμάτιο, από το σαλόνι και από τη κουζίνα καθώς και βεράντες. Ευρύχωρο και με όλα τα απαραίτητα που χρειάζεται μια σύντομη διαμονή. Επίσης αν και έξω είχε 0 βαθμούς θερμοκρασία το διαμέρισμα ήταν ζεστό με την κεντρική θέρμανση. (Υπήρχε και airco αλλά δεν χρειάστηκε να το λειτουργήσουμε).Ο Κώστας μας υποδέχτηκε προσωπικά πολύ ευγενικός χαρούμενος και φιλόξενος και μας έδωσε τις απαραίτητες κατευθύνσεις στη γειτονιά (φαγητο, ψώνια κτλ) που ήταν όλες εύστοχες. Στα θετικά θα προσθέσω και το εύκολο πάρκινγκ αν κάποιος πάει με δικό του αυτοκίνητο Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι

Pret foarte convenabil pentru facilitatile oferite.

Locatia a fost foarte buna, chiar daca am ajuns tarziu m-am intalnit cu gazda pentru preluarea cheilor si am primit informatii utile despre zona. Locatia curata, linistita, destul de confortabil. Check-out-ul a fost foarte usor, totul a decurs in regula.

Totul mi s-a parut in regula, nu am ce sa comentez negativ.

Останавливались семьей на две ночи. Хозяин встретил, все показал, рассказал. Хороший, приветливый, общительный. Аппартаменты большие, всё есть для комфортного отдыха, при необходимости можно самим готовить , но не стоит, так как еда в местных ресторанчиках вкусная. Район спокойный, до центра городка пешком не далеко, в пяти минутах ходьбы продуктовый супермаркет и торговый центр. С парковкой проблем нет. Природа красивая, до моря 25 минут на автомобиле. Всё супер! Рекомендую.

İsminde de bahsedildiği gibi Gümülcine de konaklanacak fiyat olarak en uygun tesis. Beklentinizi bu doğrultuda yapmalısınız, yani 5* otel değil tabii ki. Daire bir binanın 3. katında bulunuyor. Antre, bir salon, salona bağlı kapalı bir balkon, yatak odası, banyo ve mutfak. Konaklama alanı son derece temizdi, yatak çarşafları ve havlular yeni yıkanmış ve gönül rahatlığıyla konaklananilecek düzendeydi. Tesis önünde yer alan park alanı aracınızı güvenle park edebilmeniz sağlıyor. En önemlisi ev sahibi Kostas her konuda yardım etmek için son derece dost canlısıydı. Tek gece konaklama, sadece uyku ve temiz bir duş aradığınızda doğru yerdesiniz.

Perdeleri sevmedim, ne salonda, ne kapalı balkonda ne de yatak odasında perdeler tam kapanmıyor. Bunun mahremiyet sorunu yaratmasını bırakın, benim gibi tam karanlıkta uyuyabilen insanlar için ciddi bir uyku problemi yaratıyor.

Θα ήθελα λίγο πιο οργανωμένη κουζίνα. Επίσης η τουαλέτα χρειάζεται εξαερισμό για έχει συνέχεια μια μυρωδιά. Επίσης μια μεγάλη πετσέτα για το σώμα καλά θα ήταν να υπάρχει.

Είχε ένα ηλεκτρονικό παιχνίδι που απασχόλησε ευχάριστα τα παιδια.

Ηταν το χειρότερο σπιτι που έχουμε μείνει και είναι μεγάλη ντροπή εν έτη 2023 και με τέτοιο ανταγωνισμό να υπάρχουν ακόμα.αυτα τα σπίτια ,είναι κακό για τον τουρισμό και της πόλης αλλά και της χώρας. Ήταν ένα πολύ βρώμικο σπίτι σε μια πολύ βρώμικη και παλιά οικοδομή έξω από την πόλη,χρειαζόταν αυτοκίνητο για να πας στο κεντρο. Το σπίτι δεν καθαριστηκε,το ψυγείο ηταν παλιό και βρώμικο, το τραγικό ηταν πως η σκονισμενη καφετιέρα είχε καφε μέσα μάλλον από τους προηγούμενους που έμεναν μέσα. Το πρωινό ηταν 1 κρουασάν για τον καθένα , ένα μπουκαλακι νερό και μια σοκοφρετα. Κρίμα γιατί χάλασε το διήμερο μας.
